We have successfully led and recovered large-scale initiatives spanning ERP and financial systems implementations, M&A rebranding programs, infrastructure programs, disaster recover initiatives, and many other organizational transformations—often stepping into projects that were already behind schedule, over budget, or at risk of failure.

Our experience includes managing critical initiatives for U.S. government programs, including the distribution of COVID relief funding through the SBA and strategic engagement with senior public sector leaders to maximize infrastructure investment opportunities. We have also led nationwide transformation efforts, including large-scale rebranding and operational integration projects following major corporate mergers.
